All clients are expected to treat the space, staff, and practitioners with respect. We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for everyone. Disruptive or harmful behaviour toward others may result in limited access to future services or events.

2. Privacy & Confidentiality

At Peace values your privacy. All practitioners operating within the space are independently responsible for the confidentiality and management of your personal information in line with professional and legal standards. We do not collect or store your therapy-related information unless it relates to services booked directly through us.

3. Third-Party Practitioners

Most services at At Peace are provided by independent professionals who rent rooms or gym access. While we strive to ensure a safe and high-quality environment, At Peace is not liable for any outcomes related to sessions, treatments, or advice given by these providers. Any concerns or disputes should be directed to your individual practitioner.

4. Use of Space

Clients are expected to care for the space they use, including shared areas such as the waiting zone, reading nooks, and sensory play areas. Children must be supervised at all times.

5. Workshops & Events

Clients participating in workshops or community events agree to engage respectfully and responsibly. Cancellations must follow the stated policy for each event. At Peace reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions if necessary.

6. Holding Your Own Workshop

If you’d like to host a workshop or group session at At Peace, we welcome proposals that align with our values. All facilitators are expected to comply with our rental terms and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for participants.

1. Professional Conduct & Responsibility

All practitioners using the space must operate within the scope of their qualifications, training, and relevant licensing or professional body standards. You are responsible for maintaining current registration or certification relevant to your field.

2. Client Safety & Ethics

Practitioners must uphold ethical standards in their work, ensuring the physical, emotional, and psychological safety of all clients. Any form of misconduct, exploitation, abuse, or negligence will result in immediate termination of your access to the space and may be reported to appropriate regulatory bodies.

3. Insurance & Liability

All professionals must hold valid professional indemnity and public liability insurance. At Peace Therapeutic Space is not liable for claims arising from the services you provide or incidents involving your clients during your sessions.

4. Use of Space

You agree to use the rented space respectfully, keeping it clean, safe, and secure. Any damages caused to the space or equipment must be reported and may be charged accordingly. You are responsible for the supervision of your clients at all times.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

You must handle client information with the highest level of confidentiality, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and ethical guidelines. Client records and personal data should not be stored on the premises unless securely locked.

6. Cancellations & Bookings

All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. Late cancellations, no-shows, or misuse of the booking system may result in additional charges or suspension of rental privileges.

7. Termination of Access

At Peace reserves the right to revoke rental privileges at any time if a practitioner’s conduct is found to be harmful, unethical, unprofessional, or in violation of any terms outlined here.

8. Collaborative Environment

We are a shared space rooted in safety, community, and mutual respect. Discriminatory, hostile, or disruptive behaviour toward clients, other professionals, or staff will not be tolerated.
